GROUP WINE TASTINGS
IN THE PRESTON, CT AREA

The tasting room at Preston Ridge Vineyard offers the perfect place to enjoy all the wine we offer. We welcome groups small and large to book a wine tasting reservation in our tasting room. Our property is located in Preston, CT, and easily accessible from popular vacation spots such as Westerly, RI and Uncasville, Mashantucket, Ledyard, Mystic, Stonington & North Stonington & Montville, CT.

Whether you want to simply taste our extraordinary wine in a beautiful location or are looking to celebrate a special event, we can help you and your friends and family enjoy a relaxing evening. Our tasting room is open to the public on Fridays from 1 pm to 8 pm and Saturdays and Sundays from 11 am to 4:30 pm, in season (check website for updated summer hours). Included in the Southeastern New England AVA, we can take advantage of the moderating influence of the Sound throughout our nearly six planted acres, where we are currently growing varietals including Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc, Riesling, Triaminette, Vidal Blanc and Baco Noir.

From our newly released estate vintages to our compelling favorites, our tasting room has a distinct assortment of wine sure to please you. Tastings, glasses, bottles, and cases can be purchased on-site during our opening hours.

Tastings are $18 for a sampler of 4 wines (tax included)

• Group tasting reservations are available on Saturdays & Sundays from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm.  Reservations may be limited to a maximum of 2 hours per table depending on availability.  Limited Friday reservations are also available. On all days after reservations have been filled, remaining tables will be available on a first come, first served basis. Lawn chairs and blankets are welcome and can be set up anywhere on the lawn throughout the property. 
  
• Reservations are required for groups of 6 or more.  Groups of 8 or more arriving without a reservation are welcome to purchase wine by the glass or bottle, but cannot be accommodated for a tasting.  
• No additional members can be added to your group without notice to Preston Ridge at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled reservation. Add-ons after this time may result in additional fees being charged to your group.
  
• We do not accept group reservations past 2:00 pm.
  
• All groups must arrive promptly at the scheduled time. Arriving more than 15 minutes past your scheduled reservation will result in cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit payment.
  
• All members of groups of 6 or more must select from a pre-set sweet or dry sampler of wines for tasting.  Groups may not split up to accommodate tastings.
  
• Groups of 20+ will incur additional staffing charges based on the number of guests. Reservations of this size will be in the outside picnic area with the interior barrel room as back-up should there be inclement weather.

• No outside alcohol can be consumed on the property at any time and may result in confiscation and removal from the property.
  
• We reserve the right to refuse to serve your group if anyone in the group appears to be intoxicated .
  
• Kids are welcome, but you must be 21 or older to consume alcohol.
