Wedding Trends for 2023 

After a few years of couples pushing off their nuptials due to lockdowns and illness concerns, weddings came back in full force during 2022 and it's looking like that will continue into 2023. While there are some things that are not likely to change such as a white or off-white dress, a nice suit, good food, lots of dancing, and tons of pictures to remember the day, there are certain things that you may see in 2023 that are different from previous years.

Lately, brides, and their grooms, have been thinking outside of the box. They have been creating beautiful wedding days that are very specific and unique to them. This is shifting away from the "traditional" wedding look and feel. 2023 weddings will look different to every couple. Some will be small and more intimate with non-traditional settings. Aisles- From the length of the aisle to the shape, there are new trends coming. Some couples are choosing "S-shaped" aisles which offer an elegant and fresh effect. Some brides are choosing to walk partially alone and then meet up with their parents halfway to add a different touch to the ceremony.

Venues- Outdoor wedding venues are continuing to be popular in 2023. These natural settings are popular and the perfect backdrop for pictures and after the sun goes down, they are synonymous with celebrating!

Dresses- Wedding dresses continue to remain white and off-white. However, some brides are choosing bold ball gowns and cathedral-length trains. Colored and printed gowns are also on the rise. Mismatched bridesmaid dresses continue to be trendy for bridesmaids in 2023.
