Sound Healing Event

Tuesday, May 20, 6:00p-8:30p

Please join us for a springtime evening sound bath under the tent. Sound healing provides a beautiful opportunity for us to slow down our busy minds, relax our physical bodies, and invites us to be completely present in the moment.

Misty, from Balanced Branches and Nourished Roots, will guide us through a short meditation to settle in and quiet the mind. Then allow the soothing sounds of the quartz crystal singing bowls, chimes, as well as other calming instruments to deepen your state of relaxation while being surrounded by nature’s calming presence.

Following the sound bath that takes place from 6:00-7:00pm, continue to relax with a glass of PRV wine that is included with this event while you enjoy the breathtaking views of Preston Ridge Vineyard. This is truly going to be a perfect opportunity to take a deep breath and we look forward to sharing it with you all!

~What to bring: a yoga mat, 2 pillows, 2 blankets, or feel free to bring a chair that allows you to recline

Yoga In The Vines

Join us for our Saturday morning yoga series with Mary Silvestri! $15/person. Ticket price includes a select glass of wine. All levels are welcome!

Pre-registration is recommended. Walk-ins are welcome as long as space is available.

Yoga begins at 10:00a and is held under our lower level tent.
